Refund Policy
We at Topteck value our customers' satisfaction and, therefore, have a refund policy that aims to guarantee the reimbursement of amounts paid and ensure our commitment to the customer.
Return Conditions:
In case of return, if the conditions of our Returns and Exchanges Policy are followed, the customer will only receive the amount paid for the product (we will not refund shipping) through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
For a refund to be issued, the product or service must be in perfect condition and unused. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Forms of Refund:
Credit card refund: The refund will be made within 7 days directly by the payment gateway, after confirmation of the return.
Boleto or PIX: Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 7 days after confirmation of the return.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund:

Please provide the reason for the return and the order details.
Wait for confirmation and instructions for shipping the product (if applicable).
After confirmation of receipt and analysis of the product, the refund will be processed as described above.
