Exchange and Return Policy
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receipt. The following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging;
The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition in which it was received;
The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to atendimento@topteck.com.br and inform:
Product name;
Order number;
Email registered at the time of purchase;
Reason for exchange or return;
Images (photos) of the product proving the defect, if applicable;
Video proving the defect (if applicable).
Once all issues regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the return address and refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.
FORMS OF COMPENSATION
Credit card refund: The refund will be made within 7 days directly by the payment gateway, after confirmation of the return.
Boleto or PIX: Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 7 days after confirmation of the return.
